Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated

Efficiently manage reservations using OpenTable booking systems, ensuring a smooth and organised flow of guests
*
Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing customer inquiries and special requests effectively
*
Collaborate with the restaurant team to accommodate guest preferences and special occasions, ensuring seamless service
*
Support the floor team during service by offering water, assisting with table maintenance, and helping to create a smooth guest experience
*
Assist with clearing and resetting tables when needed, maintaining the overall presentation of the restaurant
*
Learn and maintain strong knowledge of the menu to confidently guide and advise guests
*
Resolve any guest issues or complaints with poise and professionalism, always striving to exceed expectations
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a receptionist in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
* Proficiency in using OpenTable and Seven Rooms booking systems is essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
