Led by a senior team with backgrounds in some of the world’s most respected Michelin-starred kitchens, this is a serious food-led operation focused on pushing standards and developing talent at a high level.

The Role
Working alongside the senior team and current pastry chef, you will take responsibility for pastry preparation and service within a highly organised kitchen.
You will:
* Prepare and deliver desserts to a high technical standard
* Contribute to a constantly evolving tasting menu
* Maintain organisation, cleanliness and discipline within your section
* Work closely with the team to ensure consistency across service
* Continue developing your pastry skills within a Michelin-level environment
This role is ideal for a chef looking to move into a more refined, technically focused pastry position.

The Package
* £32,000–£35,000 base salary
* Strong tronc on top (c. £5,000–£8,000)
* Realistic earnings of £40,000+
* 4 days on / 3 days off rota
* Staff accommodation available (£500 per month, high standard house)
* Work alongside chefs with Michelin-starred backgrounds

The Ideal Candidate
* Currently working as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
* Background in high-quality kitchens (Rosette or above preferred)
* Michelin experience advantageous but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and technical discipline
* A chef with a genuine desire to learn and improve
