Responsibilities
1. Vacuum, dust, and spot clean all common areas, hallways, and patios, paying special attention to the main entry area. Items to check include carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures.
2. Service customers' apartments, including general household cleaning duties, changing bed and bath linens, and removing sealed rubbish bags upon request.
3. Deep clean communal areas and apartments as needed.
4. Serve meals to customers at their tables or in their apartments following Assisted Living procedures.
5. Clear dishes from tables and wash tables and chairs.
6. Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
7. Complete any other tasks as required by our customers, following appropriate training guidelines.
Required Skills
* Customer service: a passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, ideally in a face-to-face environment.
* Communication: a natural, warm, and friendly communicator who can make customers feel valued.
* Health & Safety: understanding of health & safety importance, with experience handling challenging or emergency situations.
* Organisation: organized, methodical, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Personal qualities: outgoing personality, ability to build professional relationships, self-motivated, proactive, team-oriented, and innovative.
