* 33% of commission paid upfront
* Basic Salary: £28,000
* Realistic Year One OTE: £42.5k+

What You'll Do:
* Sell energy consultancy services to SME clients via phone and in person
* Convert leads, close deals, and build a sales pipeline
* Attend expos and networking events to generate new business
* Deliver excellent customer experiences
* Collaborate on cross-sell campaigns
* Stay informed on market trends and competitors
What You Bring:
* At least 1.5 years of B2B outbound sales experience (any industry)
* Proven target achievement
* Strong communication and consultative skills
* Self-motivated, driven, and ambitious
* Relationship-building in fast-paced environments
* Proficient with CRM and office software
