About Our Client

Our client is a well-established industrial/manufacturing company. As a medium-sized organisation, they are dedicated to providing top-quality products and are recognised for their solid reputation in the industry.

Job Description

1. Office Administration & Support:
o Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
o Maintain office records.
o Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, deliveries, and installations.
o Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service technicians.
2. Customer Service & Sales Support:
o Respond to customer inquiries.
o Process orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
o Coordinate after-sales service requests and maintenance appointments.
o Maintain customer databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
3. Inventory & Logistics Coordination:
o Track and assist with stock levels, machines, spare parts, and accessories.
o Coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking and deliveries.
o Work with logistics teams to ensure smooth transportation and installation.
4. Financial & Administrative Duties:
o Assist with cash handling and banking.
o Support payroll processing and HR documentation.
o Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
o Occasional travel will be required to visit customer premises and complete machine/equipment collections. Therefore, a current UK Full Driving Licence is required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Admin should have:

* A friendly manner with customers and staff alike
* Experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
