Property Project Manager
£65,000–£90,000 | 5 Days in Office | Mayfair
We are working with a leading global investment firm to appoint a Property Project Manager to join their London team. This is a high-impact role supporting the firm’s private office and property team, overseeing a portfolio of high-spec commercial and residential properties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, experienced project manager with a strong background in property to join a collaborative and high-performing environment. The successful candidate will be trusted to lead projects from end to end, working closely with the Property Director and wider stakeholders to ensure work is delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting project briefs and managing tenders for works
* Overseeing contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost-effectiveness
* Administering JCT contracts and managing associated documentation
* Conducting regular site inspections and reporting progress
* Supporting continuous improvement of internal property procedures
* Liaising with internal teams and offering occasional ad hoc support where required
About You:
* A minimum 2:1 degree (or international equivalent) from a top-tier university – this is essential
* 5+ years of project management experience within the property sector
* Ideally RICS qualified (or working towards qualification)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
* Professional, discreet, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners
