Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse financial reports to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
4. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting activities.

7. Support month-end and year-end reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
8. Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
9. Provide financial analysis for ad hoc projects and business cases.
10. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
11. A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
12. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (or working towards one).
13. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
15. Experience in preparing and interpreting financial reports.
16. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
17. Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to stakeholders.
18. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
