Our team specializes in working with large, diverse equipment and machinery. With a dedicated workforce of 30 technicians, we thrive on a 3-shift pattern, with 10 individuals per shift, allowing us to maintain round-the-clock productivity and support. What you can look forward to as Maintenance Technician:
1. All duties concerned with the installation, repair, development, and maintenance of any machinery / assembly line equipment.
2. Daily reporting of work completed.
3. Spare parts stock control and the reporting of requirements.
4. Cleanliness of the workshop / equipment and tools.
5. Documenting and investigating root causes of machine breakdown online sheets
6. Exercise high standards of H&S at all times, including Environmental Safety Awareness
Your Profile as Maintenance Technician:
7. ONC / HNC
8. 2-5 years in a similar role, ideally automotive and electronics experience
9. Electrical / Mechanical Fault finding skills
10. Good understanding of root cause analysis
11. PC literate like MS Office (Excel, Word)
12. Team Player with positive ‘go see’ attitude being able to work under own initiative
13. Good Communication skills as well as interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with people at all levels of an organization
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Grading: Depending on requirements and qualifications
