Service Manager Obstetrics and Gynaecology

Exciting opportunities have arisen for an experienced operations manager to lead the following specialty:
* Obstetrics and Gynaecology
The successful candidate will be expected to take overall management responsibility for these departments, ensuring that all key performance indicators are delivered safely and that recovery plans and service developments are executed.
The role requires significant organisational and leadership skills, with the successful candidate required to take a management lead on departmental projects and to engage with stakeholders to deliver services across the trust, including external users such as the Croydon GP Collaborative.
The post holder is accountable for day‑to‑day operational decisions in their area and responsible for delivering services within their remit. They will work in close collaboration with the Clinical Director, Associate Director of Operations, General Manager, Associate Director of Nursing, Clinical Heads of Service and Matrons in planning, development, provision and review of Directorate services.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience as an operations manager in a healthcare setting.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
