Position
This role is based at a busy hospital site in Stockport. You will be assisting site users in finding spaces, that paces are being used correctly and site rules are being followed. Your focus will be delivering front-line service in an outdoor environment. Due to the nature of the site, you must be customer focused. You may need to issue Parking Charge Notices to vehicles that are not adhering to on-site rules. We will train you on the site rules and the equipment used.
Experience in a similar role is desirable however not essential as we provide training, guidance and support every step of the way. If you are good at liaising with the public and can stay calm when needed, then this could be for you.
Induction and training are provided, including H&S and conflict resolution training. You will receive a uniform and the equipment required to do your job.
This role is expected to start on 29th September 2025.
The Shifts
Shift times are Monday - Friday, allocated on a rota basis. All shifts are 8 hours and will fall between 7am - 9pm. 9am - 5pm will be the most typical pattern.
Weekends availability maybe required on occasion.
The Location
This role is based at Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport, SK2. You must be able to reliably get to site for the shift start times.

The Pay
The salary is £26,208 per annum, based on 40 hours per week.
Welcome Bonus
We are offering a retention bonus of £500 across your first 6 months.
(£200 will be paid on completion of month 3, and a further £300 at month 6 on full completion of performance reviews, subject to satisfactory performance in line with the role requirements. Full T&Cs apply and will be given in writing once you start with the company.)
