UNSW invites applications for a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in an education-focused role. Faculty will receive support for professional development and will collaborate closely with students and colleagues to enhance the university’s teaching and learning communities.

* Salaries: Lecturer (Level B) – AUD 127,947 to 150,830 + 17% superannuation
* Senior Lecturer (Level C) – AUD 155,403 to 178,290 + 17% superannuation
* Full time
* Fixed term – 2‑year convertible tenure track
* Location: Kensington – Sydney, Australia
Qualifications – Lecturer (Level B)
* A PhD in Electrical Engineering with relevant work experience.
* Commitment to staying current in discipline knowledge and developments.
* Evidence of teaching, assessment and养老金 learning design at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
* Experience with educational technologies and online delivery methods.
* Demonstrated teaching effectiveness and passion for educational excellence.
* Industry or work‑integrated learning experience (desirable).
* Ability to support and inspire students from diverse backgrounds; support equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
* Track record of high‑quality research impact and leadership potential.
* Professional involvement with the engineering profession or industry.
* High‑level communication, networking and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications – Senior Lecturer (Level C)
* A PhD in Electrical Engineering with relevant work experience.

* Experience delivering courses and programs at undergraduate/postgraduate level.
* Implementation of educational technologies and online delivery methods.
* Demonstrated teaching effectiveness and passion for educational leadership.
* Track record of curriculum development and improvement.
* Experience with industry or work‑integrated learning.
* Support and inspire students from diverse backgrounds; equity, diversity, inclusion initiatives.
* High‑quality research contrast, leadership capacity.
