New Build Solicitor, Cardiff. 3+ PQE. Competitive salary on offer. A new opportunity for an experienced New Build Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF:3661.
Responsibilities
* Handling your own caseload, you will have the opportunity to work independently where desired, but with the continual support of the team where necessary.
* You will be responsible for proactively managing transactions from inception through to completion, on a wide range of new build property cases.
* You will be skilled in forming new client relationships, and servicing existing clients with exceptional levels of care.
* It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Applicants should be qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers, or legal executives with a minimum of 3 years private practice experience.
