Job Overview Band 3 Therapy Support Working/Assistant Practitioner Waterlily Online Inpatient Prevention Programme Lincolnshire Who are we? The Waterlily Inpatient Prevention Programme is a pioneering and relatively new, intensive online treatment programme for patients with anorexia nervosa, living in the east midlands region. The region covers Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire, working as a provider collaborative to meet the needs of this vulnerable patient group. The post holder will work within the Lincolnshire area. What do we do? Deliver an online group programme, Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 4.30pm. We run educational and therapeutic groups and provide meal supervisions. There is one evening meal each week, which we are hoping to increase the regularity of as our staffing increases. Although the majority of the treatment is delivered online, there is also some face-to-face work on an individual basis and community support for activities such as home cooking, visits to cafes or for shopping. Who s who? We are a team of enthusiastic and skilled clinicians OTs, RMNs, Assistant Psychologists, and Therapy Support Workers. We are passionate about providing a much needed alternative option of treatment, other than inpatient admission or long-term outpatient therapy for our patients. Based where? You will be based in Lincolnshire, but employed by Leicestershire Partnership Trust. You will work at the Lincs base, in the community or from home. You will need to be able to drive and travel around the Lincolnshire area, to support patients in the community. Provide meal supervisions online and in the community Work with patients in their community setting, supporting activities that help them to achieve their goals Work collaboratively with carers and loved ones involved Be part of an innovative and enthusiastic team, contributing to continual improvement and providing high quality and effective treatment!
