Vanloq is a fast-growing workforce solutions start-up based in the heart of Edinburgh. We specialise in connecting businesses with the best IT talent – and now we’re looking to grow our own team.
We’re on the hunt for a Recruitment Consultant who’s ready to make their mark in a start-up environment. If you’ve got at least 1 year of recruitment experience (ideally within IT, but not essential) and a passion for people, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
* Sourcing and engaging top IT candidates across multiple channels
* Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
* Supporting end-to-end recruitment campaigns for clients
* Working closely with our Head of Delivery and Founders to deliver tailored workforce solutions
* Contributing ideas and energy to help shape our growing business
What we’re looking for
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
* Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in technology and people
* Self-motivation and adaptability – start-up life moves quickly!
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive culture
