We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Conference and Banqueting Manager to join our magnificent five-star, luxury hotel. JOB SUMMARY

This role leads the operational banquet team to deliver successful events, maintaining the reputation of event delivery at Marriott Grosvenor Square, London.

To ensures the highest level of service during events execute the requirements of events based on standards and customers’ expectations. Drives customer satisfaction and capitalizes on revenue during the event phase of a function. Provides clear and concise communications to everyone having ownership in the success of the event. Monitors and controls financial and administrative responsibilities to meet or exceed department goals.

We are seeking a confident and results‑driven leader who can direct and motivate a team while actively participating in the delivery of high‑quality service that meets established standards and event requirements. This role is responsible for overseeing financial and administrative functions, including cost control and asset protection, while ensuring smooth operational execution. The successful candidate will communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders to ensure shared ownership of event success, proactively identify training and development opportunities, and implement strategic plans to build team capability and consistently achieve performance goals.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school diploma or GED
2. 2 years experience in the event management, food and beverage, or related professional area
