In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.It starts with YOU.We are looking for a Customer Experience Data Analytics to join our International Family and Professional Care segment and lead the IFP CX data and analytics to deeply understand and transform B2B customer experience.Key Responsibilities include: * Develop and execute customer experience (CX) analytics strategies and products.* Partner with IFP Growth and Accountable Business Unites (ABUs) CX teams to embed data-driven decision-making in the service of CX.* Deliver proactive and provocative CX insights that can directly translate to business action and performance.* Partner with Digital Technology Solutions and other stakeholders to drive data governance standards.* Improve data literacy/fluency in CX teams to embed data-driven culture.* Develop advanced analytics capabilities against prioritised B2B IME use cases including pipeline review and churn management.About UsHuggies.
