Location
We have two positions available in our new structure! One person based in the North, and one in the South. You will be travelling to our stores across your region and be accessible to our Support Centre in Coleshill, Birmingham.
Qualifications
This role requires a NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety and or a Level 3 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment.
Become a Fire Safety Partner
As our Fire Safety Partner, you’ll take ownership of fire safety across our North or South Division - supporting 250+ stores and playing a key role in keeping our environments safe, compliant, and confident.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll influence how fire safety shows up day-to-day, bringing it to life in a way that lands not just in policy, but in behaviour. You’ll coach, guide, and build confidence across our store teams, helping them understand the why as much as the what.
Alongside your fire safety focus, you’ll also support the wider picture of everyday health & safety, helping teams apply it in a practical, proportionate way that works in a busy retail environment.
You’ll ideally be based towards the North or South of England, with good access to our Support Centre in Coleshill, Birmingham, staying connected to both our stores and the wider business.
Your Mission
You’ll play a vital role in creating safe, confident, and thriving retail environments where our teams can do their best work and our customers can enjoy every visit.
