Account Executive
Grantham, Lincolnshire Office - Hybrid Working + Travel to Client Sites/Events as Required
Up to £75, Base DOE (OTE £,+) including car allowance

What your day-to-day might look like:
Lead and pipeline management, including lead generation as necessary
Liaising with prospects, both in person and virtually, engaging with them about the software solution which will meet their business needs
Attending marketing/network events, exhibitions etc
Demonstrating our software solutions, being able to uncover and document requirements in detail for prospects
Liaison with other areas of the business, to ensure a smooth sales process and sales handover
Capturing leads on our CRM platform and detailing all lead data in the CRM, ensuring the whole prospect journey is captured
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets, as set by the business, to ensure sustained new sales revenue
About you:
You'll have a growth mindset and at least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role with proven achievements - software sales experience is a plus.
Proven ability to sell to multiple stakeholders across SMEs and enterprise-level organisations.
Fully proficient using IT in general, particularly in using Microsoft Office and other software packages
Excellent communication skills
Creative and self-driven with a strong work ethic
A team player with an enthusiastic approach
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
Access to a car and a full UK driving licence
