We are currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant to join our first-class Costs team in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Prepare Bills of Costs for Service, Part 8 Court Forms and bundles for Set Down at Court
* Liaise with Courts, Counsel and experts to obtain invoices, Court Orders and any other relevant documentation.
* Maintain and update the case management system ensuring information is accurate and up to date
* Assist Fee Earners with general administrative duties
* Undertake ad hoc administrative duties including document management, filing, scanning and correspondence handling.
* Support the Costs team in delivering a professional and efficient service to clients and colleagues.
