School business managers needed for the Liverpool area. Full and part time hours available.
Your new role
Hays Education are looking to recruit school business managers for a variety of roles across the Liverpool area.
We are looking for people who aremitted to providing a strategic vision, leadership and management for all support services within the school including finance, HR, administration and premises. Key duties for this role include:
1. Acting as the lead financial member of staff with responsibility for managing the school budget and offering advice to SLT on finance matters
2. Taking the lead on projects across the school that will have a strategic impact on the finances/ running of the school
3. Taking the lead in producing and implementing safeguarding policies for the school, including ensuring the schoolplies with Health & Safety
4. Line managing the administration and site staff
5. Managing third party contracts and supply cover
6. Managing all HR processes SRC, DBS checks, recruitment, absences and training
