* 5+ years experiencecooking authentic Chinese cuisine
* Strong knowledge of traditional techniques and ingredients
* Ability to help set up a new kitchen and menu
* Passion for consistency, quality, and flavour
* Flexible, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with regional Chinese cuisine is a plus
The role includes:
* Preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes
* Assisting with menu development
* Helping establish kitchen systems and standards
* Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations as the restaurant grows
