The main focus of the Leading Hand / Supervisor is to oversee the distribution of workflow to the detailing team. In addition, you’ll also complete car detailing and high attention to detail and experience using a buff machine is critical for this role.
There is a flexibility in start and finish and break times. There is also an opportunity to increase your income with overtime rates when required/available.

About the role:
Managing workflow of Detailing Team
Paint correction – Brush Touch up including buffing, cutting and polishing
Detailing used cars
Tint removal from vehicles
Duties may also include applying after care products and assisting with Workshop Controller
About you:
Experience in a similar role preferred
A strong knowledge of detailing
High attention to detail and pride in your work
Physically fit
Friendly personality
Ample experience following safety precautions and WH&S requirements
Well presented
Committedand reliable
Passionate about the Automotive industry
Ability to use a buff machine would be advantageous
Time is spent inside and outside vehicles
Time is spent in very hot and cold weather
Must be willing to wear PPE when operating equipment such as wearing gloves and eye/ear protection
Must be able to work with detergents and chemical solutions
