The role
The supervisor is our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating sales assistants, and supporting them in creating memorable customer experiences.
In a fast-paced retail environment, you will share product knowledge, run coaching sessions, and ensure store operations run smoothly. Supervisors will set personal KPIs and sales targets, leading by example.
What to expect from the role
* Conduct daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to exceed them
* Perform store walks, understand visual merchandising and commerciality
* Monitor sales figures
* Handle escalated customer complaints
* Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective selling skills
* Build strong customer relationships by providing exemplary service
Store operations
* Act as key holder, manage opening/closing procedures
* Cash up and reconcile tills
* Assist with administrative duties, recruitment, investigations, and disciplinary actions
* Manage product and POS deliveries
* Handle financial transactions and escalated issues
* Follow security policies to ensure safety
