Exciting opportunities have arisen for an NHS Business Service Practitioner Apprenticeship at Amble & Broomhill Heath Centres, part of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The post is available to anyone interested in working within an NHS Healthcare environment while completing a Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification in Customer Service (15 months).
Staff new to the Trust will be employed on an apprentice contract, providing an opportunity to ‘earn while they learn’.

Role responsibilities include providing high-quality administrative and customer service support within a department or ward, including data management, handling correspondence, and face-to-face customer interactions. You will work towards gaining a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship and aim to be “work-ready” for an administrative/customer service role at the end of the apprenticeship.
