Marketing Executive – TikTok
Location: Manchester
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role
As Marketing Executive focused on TikTok, you will:
* Develop and execute TikTok-native content strategies to build brand awareness and drive e-commerce sales via TikTok Shop.
* Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations, including affiliate recruitment, campaign setup, tracking, and optimisation.
* Support live and recorded product presentations via TikTok Live streams.
* Analyse campaign performance and creator metrics, providing actionable insights and monthly reporting.
* Keep abreast of TikTok trends, platform changes, and emerging features—proactively recommending creative and strategic enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule engaging TikTok videos tailored to brand voice and target demographics.
* Execute TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns: recruit influencers, manage affiliate links, and monitor performance.
* Collaborate with content creators and influencers to produce authentic short-form and live-shopping content.
* Track & report on KPIs (views, clicks, conversions, revenue, ROI), optimising campaigns through data-driven decisions.
* Stay current with TikTok algorithm updates, Shop feature rollouts, affiliate terms, and best practices for hooks, hashtags, and community engagement.
Skills & Experience
* 1–2 years managing TikTok accounts commercially, ideally including TikTok Shop.
* Demonstrable experience in affiliate marketing or creator relationships—setting up programs, tracking commission, and reporting.
* Proficiency with TikTok Live, short-form video production, hooks of less than 3 seconds, and storytelling for e-commerce.
* Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret platform signals, spot trends, measure success, and pivot quickly.
* Excellent written & verbal communication; comfortable briefing creators and presenting campaign results.
* Familiarity with managing content calendars and coordinating across teams—brand, digital, performance, sales.
