Category Manager – Information Security
We are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Category professional to lead strategic sourcing and category management across cybersecurity.
This role is to join one of our Insurance Clients based on a 6 month contract Inside IR35. Hybrid working with 2 days in London.
Key Experience Required:
* 5+ years in IT Procurement Category Management (Cybersecurity).
* Proven experience in leading complex sourcing and negotiations.
* Strong stakeholder management across global teams.
* Experience with procurement platforms (particularly Ariba or similar).
* Understanding of supplier risk work-flows and cross-functional collaboration.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity tooling.
* Knowledge of cloud cost optimisation or FinOps.
* Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS).
* Insurance / Financial Services Industry experience
