Zeal Recruitment is looking for an experienced Multi‑Trades to join a well‑known building contractor on a social housing contract within the Sandwell area, including Oldbury, Cradley Heath, Rowley Regis, and the surrounding communities.
Duties
* Retro fit of social housing
* EWI (Echo Wall Insulation)
* Support to the snagging team
* Core drilling where needed
* Mild carpentry work
* Ducting
Qualifications
* Experience carrying out similar works
* Own tools & VAN – this is a CIS role
* Keen eye for detail and a good finish

Benefits
Competitive pay at £23.50 per hour. Ongoing contract. Working hours 08:00 – 16:00.
Location
Sandwell, Midlands (includes Oldbury, Cradley Heath, Rowley Regis).
