They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to lead their Leicester store. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, delivering first-class customer service, and maintaining the high standards the brand is known for. Lead by example to drive store sales and ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding in-store experience Greet clients, understand their needs, and provide personalised product advice and recommendations Train, motivate, and develop showroom staff to deliver high standards of service and performance Oversee staff scheduling, resolving holiday and sickness cover when required Maintain showroom presentation, stock levels, and merchandising to reflect brand standards Manage bookings and appointments, ensuring smooth customer journeys Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care Oversee POS processes, cash handling, and awareness of promotions and campaigns Ensure housekeeping standards across the sales floor, cash desk, and stockroom Whats next?
