The Role
* Resolve complex 3rd line technical issues for enterprise customers
* Support Microsoft-based environments (Azure, AD, IIS, SQL)
* Work closely with Development teams on product fixes
* Gain exposure to cutting-edge cyber security technology
* Participate in a 1-in-8 on-call rota
