Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- 2 years’ customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills: E nglish required/Bilingual (Eng/Fr) an asset .
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
The CSR will be responsible for:
- dealing directly with customers to answer requests by phone or email in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
- handle investigation and/or follow-up on unresolved issues
- ensuring requests and inquiries are transferred to the appropriate area
- developing and maintaining good client relationships while ensuring information confidentiality
- use call-tracking systems to log all inquiries for documentation purposes
