Science Teacher (Physics Specialism Preferred) – Canterbury Secondary School
We are currently working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Canterbury to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher for a full-time position starting in September.
This is a fixed-term role running until the end of the autumn term, with full teaching responsibilities required. The successful candidate will be expected to teach KS3 and KS4 Science, including GCSE classes, with a preference for those with a Physics specialism.
* Teaching Years 7 to 10, including GCSE Science
* Full planning, marking, and assessment responsibilities
* Supportive department and leadership team
* Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced practitioners
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong subject knowledge, ideally in Physics
* Ability to engage and inspire students across KS3 and KS4
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
