A well-regarded law firm in Essex is looking to appoint a talented and ambitious Private Client Lawyer to join its established team in Hornchurch. The Role
The successful candidate will join a highly experienced team and manage a broad and varied caseload of private client work. The role involves advising clients on a full range of matters, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Trust creation and administration
* Inheritance tax planning and asset protection
* Powers of attorney
* Court of Protection applications
The role will also include involvement in marketing and business development initiatives to support the continued growth of the team.

Candidate Profile
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (ideally 3+ years PQE)
* Solid experience in a wide range of Private Client matters
* STEP qualification or currently working towards (desirable)
* Excellent technical and legal knowledge
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and with minimal supervision
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Confidence in developing client relationships and participating in business development
