Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and development of the platform's user interface, collaborating closely with the development team and other departments to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences.
* Work with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency in the UX design.
* Liaise with the Product Management, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to understand user requirements and challenges and design suitable User Experiences.
* Build relationships outside the team with key stakeholders in the company and with customers to gather and collect their requirements and input.
* Evangelize good design and the importance of a good UX/UI design for our users to our Product Management and Engineering teams.
* Assist in the design and planning of the product’s documentation.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 7+ years of experience in UX design focusing on user interface design.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in delivering intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences.
* Proven track record of creating user-centered solutions that have improved engagement and usability.
* Deep understanding of design principles, usability, and user behavior.
* Experience collaborating with developers to ensure effective implementation of designs.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in building cross-team and customer relationships.
* Proficiency in UX design software.
* Ability to influence quality measures and acceptance criteria for UI and UX; may be required to train team members or users on UI/UX best practices.
* Mentoring skills and experience providing feedback on UX work; may participate in customer calls to address UX issues.
* Basic project management skills to ensure timely content releases.
* Assist in recruiting other team members in similar roles as needed.
* Contribute well-written content and identify/document new UI/UX requirements.
