Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of £29,427 days & £32,169 for nights (Inclusive of shift allowance) per annum and 20 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Team management; developing, leading and motivating your people to achieve challenging operational KPIs
* You’ll lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, as you’ll be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant whilst keeping your people safe
* You’ll actively manage your available resource, and utilise staff where possible
* Maintain a constant presence within the warehouse delivering shift briefs and preparing handovers
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience in leading a team within a fast-paced operation of FMCG, automation and multi-channel
* Experience of working to agreed targets and managing a small team
* Well-versed in warehouse management systems
* Good working knowledge of current health & safety and compliance legislation
