We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to deliver high-quality electrical and building services maintenance across a commercial property portfolio.
The role involves travel across the North West and Yorkshire, with a company van provided.
Job Description
You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, electrical testing, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out electrical PPM and reactive maintenance tasks as issued via the helpdesk, ensuring works are completed within set timeframes and customer expectations are exceeded.
2. Undertake electrical fault finding, repair, installation, inspection, and testing across commercial properties.
3. Provide support with multi-skilled building services maintenance, including basic fabric, HVAC, mechanical, and associated tasks.
4. Participate in the call-out rota, providing out-of-hours emergency response as required.
