We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Banksman / Traffic Marshal to join our team on a busy construction site in Wokingham.
Requirements:
1. Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman Ticket (essential)
2. Valid CSCS Card
3. Full PPE (hard hat, high-vis, safety boots)
4. Previous experience in a similar role
5. Strong awareness of site safety and communication skills
Duties will include:
6. Guiding vehicle movements on site safely
7. Managing site traffic and pedestrian routes
8. Ensuring deliveries are directed correctly
9. Maintaining a safe working environment at all times
10. Communicating clearly with drivers and site team
