A great opportunity has arisen…On behalf of my client I am looking for an experienced accounts assistant with experience in purchase ledger / credit control. This is a full time role however part time hours could be considered for the right candidate.
Candidate Requirements
* Full UK Driving license
* Currently in an accounts assistant role or similar.
The Role
* To monitor all outstanding accounts to ensure payments are made swiftly and in line with customer terms of credit
* Assist Purchase Ledger with day-to-day administration
* Scanning invoices as required
* Posting Cash and Company banking
* Supporting team with statement reciliation
* To note all outstanding accounts and investigate with the relevant departmental manager to ensure that there is no reason for non-payment
* Supporting financial controller and accounts department with ad-hoc duties as required.
