Job Description:

What’s the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order to Delivery (OTD) Relief Scheduler for a 9-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of fuel products to Mobility sites and B2B customers. You will develop and manage delivery schedules that align with customer requirements, operational capabilities, and safety standards. This position requires strong coordination with internal teams, transport partners, and customer operations to ensure seamless execution of the Order to Delivery process.

What you’ll be doing

What you bring

* 2 years’ experience in scheduling bulk products.

* Supply chain management or logistics qualification.

* Strong troubleshooting skills.

* Experience with numerical and analytical skills, including cost analysis.

* Experience with Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics, particularly in order, fleet, or inventory management.

* Excellent communication skills in English.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., CIP) is a plus.

* Knowledge of compliance and safety standards in distribution operations
