As a Business Change Manager, you will help shape and embed new ways of working across the business, delivering improved services, capabilities, and efficiencies. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between transformation teams and internal stakeholders-managing business readiness activities, assessing change impacts, and helping overcome barriers to adoption.
