Sous chef

You’ll be working in a well-presented, luxury care home where food is a central part of residents’ daily experience. As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in running the kitchen day to day, maintaining a consistent standard while ensuring meals are nutritious, well-balanced, and prepared to a restaurant standard.


Before You Apply

* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a professional kitchen is required.
* Experience working in a care home or similar environment is strongly preferred.
* This role is not suitable for candidates without experience managing kitchen standards and service.

* Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen

* Contribute to menu planning and development
* Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
