Are you a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher looking for a varied and rewarding role? We’re seeking an enthusiastic PPA Teacher to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in the Fareham area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident teacher who enjoys teaching across different year groups, delivering high-quality lessons, and supporting children’s learning and development in a dynamic environment.
What we’re looking for:
* A fully qualified teacher with QTS and recent experience in a primary setting.
* Confident teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
* Strong classroom management and the ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils.
* A creative, flexible approach and enthusiasm for working with a range of classes and subjects.
* Reliable, organised, and able to adapt to different school environments.
* Committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
About the role:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across a variety of year groups.
* Provide effective cover for class teachers during their planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time.
* Ensure continuity of learning and a positive classroom environment.
* Support pupils’ progress, well-being, and confidence.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders to uphold the school’s ethos and values.
