Recruitment consultant

MEC is a multi-million-pound revenue company specialising in recruitment and self-delivery across the construction and utilities industries. We are currently seeking an experienced full time Recruitment Consultant to help expand our presence and drive growth within the sector.

What You'll Be Doing

• Recruitment across the utilities and construction sector
• Winning new business through proactive sales and lead generation
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Managing and expanding client accounts
• Overseeing training and managing workforce matrices
• Working to and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in labour supply recruitment
• Strong business development and sales skills
• Excellent communication and account management abilities
