About the Role
We’re looking for a Fire Safety Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key role responsible for scheduling and organising fire safety works, supporting engineers, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the team. You’ll be answering calls, managing engineer queries, and assisting with customer quote requests, keeping everything organised and running efficiently.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls and handling customer and engineer queries
* Scheduling and organising works for the fire safety team
* Assisting with responding to customer quote requests
* Updating internal systems and documentation
* Providing admin support to the fire safety department
What we’re looking for:
· Must-have skills: Experience in customer service and basic IT skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel. Previous use of a CRM is desirable)
* Nice-to-haves: Experience in admin, retail, or recruitment where customer interaction and tech use are key.
