The Role
As Team Manager, you’ll take ownership of leading, coaching, and developing a team of recruitment consultants across both temporary and permanent desks. Your remit will include:
* Driving divisional growth through strategic headcount expansion and client development.
* Leading from the front with hands‑on recruitment activity where needed.
* Coaching, mentoring, and motivating consultants to achieve their full potential.
* Developing business strategies, setting KPIs, and managing budgets.
* Identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.
* Creating a high‑performance culture built on accountability, support, and success.

About You
You’ll be a confident, energetic leader with experience in a recruitment consultancy environment. Education recruitment experience is ideal, but strong managers from other sectors will also be considered.
