As part of our continued growth, we're now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Civil Engineering freelance delivery team.
What you'll be doing:
* Recruitment role – focusing on the resourcing side, engaging with candidates and talking through our relevant available role
* Advertising vacancies on job boards & searching CV databases
* Pre‑screening and qualifying candidates
* Completing compliance checks to a Gold Standard
* Working closely with our leading consultant to place candidates into roles
* Shadowing consultants and learning the full recruitment process
What we're looking for:
* Strong people skills and ability to build relationships
* Some interest in working on significant, critical infrastructure Civil Engineering projects
* Excellent attention to detail
* Clear and confident communication & organisational skills
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel

* £26,000 – £28,000 starting salary
