Production Operator – Propellants Team
Fixed Term Contract (FTC) 6–12 months

Are you hands-on, safety-conscious, and enjoy working as part of a team? As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in running and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality products. You'll help maintain a safe, organised workspace and ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards. If this sounds like your ideal role, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate various machines in full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and procedures.
* Report any unsafe acts or unsafe conditions promptly using the Near Miss System.
* Wear and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
* Follow all site rules, operating instructions, and manufacturing documents carefully.
* Complete all tasks only once fully trained and deemed competent, understanding the associated hazards, risks, and controls.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping in your work area.
* Successfully undertake, complete, and sign off the CEUK Competence Assurance Training for Propellants.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in a production environment.
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
* Ability to lift and carry weights up to 20kg.
Desirable:
* Drivers licence.
