Job Title: Digital Platforms & Web Operations Manager
Reports To: Head of E-Commerce / Director of Marketing & Sales
Job Summary: The Digital Platforms & Web Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, performance, and optimisation of the company’s e-commerce platforms across all regions. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining site health, managing third-party integrations, and supporting promotional campaigns with flawless technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Website Locales Management:
o Oversee the upkeep and accuracy of all country-specific website versions.
o Ensure regionally relevant product availability, translations, and compliance with local regulations.
· Website Health & Performance:
o Monitor and maintain overall site functionality, speed, and uptime.
o Conduct regular audits and resolve bugs or technical debt in collaboration with developers.
· App & Third-Party Tool Management:
o Lead the onboarding, integration, and ongoing management of new apps and digital tools.
o Evaluate app performance and compatibility with site goals and roadmap.
· Promotional Offer Execution:
o Ensure all discount codes, bundle logic, tiered pricing, and campaign rules function correctly.
o Partner with marketing and tech teams to QA all promotional mechanics before launch.
· UX & Technical Optimisation:
o Monitor mobile and desktop responsiveness and implement solutions for friction points.
o Support A/B testing, CRO efforts, and analytics tagging from a tech perspective.
· Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Act as the technical bridge between internal teams (Marketing, Tech, CX) and external partners (e.g., developers, Shopify apps).
o Support strategic initiatives such as international expansion, platform migrations, and digital infrastructure improvements.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably on Shopify Plus or similar platforms.
· Strong understanding of web performance metrics, CMS functionality, and promotional logic.
· Familiarity with HTML/CSS and ability to troubleshoot frontend issues (not essential but advantageous).
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across regions.
Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week from home (after 4 weeks integration training)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000, based on experience.
