Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and other private clients.
2. Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Advising clients on a wide range of personal tax matters, including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and other tax planning opportunities.
4. Supporting junior team members, reviewing their work, and providing mentorship and training as needed.
5. Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients, resolving any issues and ensuring deadlines are met.
6. Identifying opportunities to enhance client service and grow the firm’s tax portfolio.
7. Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and regulations and ensuring compliance.
