About the role
A great opportunity to nurture the strategic relationships with GP practices and our stores. This will be a temporary field role based in the East Midlands to scope the activity communication and areas of focus that will enhance our relationship with General Practice. The learnings and outcomes will then inform the pharmacy team of how to have effective relationships with our key partners in community.
The role will establish and set up on-going strong relationships between GP practices primary care stakeholders local medical committees and Boots. You will be part of the Pharmacy Growth team working with the healthcare business unit. The role will directly report to the Director of Pharmacy Growth.
Key responsibilities
* Map GP practices and gather insights, barriers and opportunity.
* Promote our core proposition for items and services.
* Work with internal teams to understand opportunities and barriers.
* Create engagement communication that can be rolled out to stores to support growth-focused relationships.
What you’ll need to have
* GCSE NVQ2 minimum.
* Experience working within pharmacy (store or support office).
* Proven networking and relationship building.
* A self-starter with strong IT skills.
It would be great if you also have
* Commercial experience and good understanding of the Pharmacy and General Practice government contracts.
* Analytical and conceptual thinking.
