An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a busy, quality-driven city-centre venue in Belfast. We are looking for a strong kitchen leader who can bring creativity, consistency, and energy to a well-established operation with a strong food offering and excellent reputation. This role would suit a Head Chef who is hands-on, commercially aware, and confident in leading from the front. The Role: You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards across food quality, presentation, hygiene, and team performance. You will play a key role in menu development, stock control, GP management, and maintaining a positive kitchen culture.
